Man Convicted As Habitual Offender


{Charleston, West Virginia}…After just ten minutes of deliberating Tuesday, a Kanawha County Circuit Court jury convicted Garland Murray of being a habitual offender. Murray is a four-time convicted felon. He was previously convicted in the attempted kidnapping of Ebony Poole and the murder of Gregory Poole. Gregory Poole was found shot to death in 2010 in a North Charleston yard. Murray faces 30 years to life in prison when sentenced December 12th.
