Man Shoots At Troopers

{Logan, West Virginia}…West Virginia State Police were responding to a call at a house in White's Addition near Logan around 10:00 A.M. Tuesday morning when 24 year old John Curtis Watkins of Logan fired a shot at them. Watkins, who was threatening to commit suicide, locked himself inside his home. When officers arrived, Watkins came out and fired one round before going back inside. Watkins was later arrested and charged with wanton endangerment.
