Recidivist Trial Underway

{Charleston, West Virginia}…A recidivist trial started Monday in Kanawha Circuit Court for convicted murderer Garland Murray, who was found guilty in the April 2010 murder of Gregory Poole. Poole was found shot to death in a North Charleston yard. Prosecutors say Murray is a four-time convicted felon and could face a life sentence.
