ST. ALBANS, W.Va. -- Two men were arrested Monday on drug-related charges after troopers found meth-making materials and marijuana in a home along 1st Street in St. Albans, West Virginia State Police say.
Kenneth Parrish and John Parsons face several charges, including operating a meth lab and possession of a controlled substance.
Troopers say they found meth-making materials, a home-grown marijuana system and several packages of marijuana.
Bond for each man was set at $75,000. Both suspects are expected back in court April 11.
