A father is accused of shooting his 12-year-old boy in Mingo County
Acie Copley, 37, has been charged with child neglect resulting
in injury and wanton endangerment.
West Virginia State Police say Copley got into a fight with his
son at a house in Delbarton and during the incident the boy was shot in the
leg.
The boy was taken to the hospital where he was treated and
released.
Copley is in jail.
