Former Mingo County Magistrate Judge Pleads Guilty in Corruption Case


A former magistrate judge in Mingo County has admitted to his role in a corruption case.

Dallas Toler pleaded guilty Monday morning to falsifying a voter registration application in the primary election in 2012.

That allowed a convicted to felon to vote in the election.


Toler faces up to five years in prison, a $250,000 fine and three years supervised released when he is sentenced on March 10th.
