- {Philippi, West Virginia}...U.S. Marshals were closing in on 31 year old Larry Murry of Labadieville, Louisiana, a fugitive wanted on a charge of aggravated incest, Thursday afternoon when Murry fled and eventually jumped into the Tygart River near Philippi, West Virginia. About one-third of the way across the river, Murry announced, "I can't swim," and he returned to shore, where State Police arrested him.
