Hundreds Mourn Fire Victims

  • {Charleston, West Virginia}...Hundreds attended a service Saturday to mourn six of the nine victims killed in a two-story house fire on Arlington Avenue in Charleston on Saturday morning, March 24th. Those attending the funeral crowded into Maranatha Fellowship Church to remember 26 year old Alisha Carter-Camp and her children, 8 year old Keahana, 7 year old Bryan Timothy, 3 year old Jeremiah, along with two of Carter-Camp's nephews, 3 year Elijah Scott and 18 month old Emanuel Jones. The fire is the deadliest in Charleston since seven firefighters perished while battling a fire at a Woolworth department store in 1949.
