Man Sentenced In Girlfriend's Death

  • {Huntington, West Virginia}...Jesse Blevins was sentenced Monday to15 years on involuntary manslaughter charges and one to five years on concealment of a deceased human body in the July 2009 fatal stabbing his girlfriend, Elizabeth Cotton. Cotton's body was found wrapped in plastic under Blevins' father's home on Jackson Avenue in Huntington. Blevins is eligible for parole in four years and nine months. There is no credit for time served on home confinement.
