Georgia Man Pleads Guilty

  • {Huntington, West Virginia}...John Weathers, 26, of Macon, Georgia, has pleaded guilty to distribution of crack cocaine, admitting that on December 9 and 10, 2010, he stopped by Smokin' Aces in Huntington and sold crack cocaine to an undercover agent working with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. He admitted to to selling two Oxycodone pills, three guns and 124.5 grams of crack cocaine to undercover agents. Weathers faces up to 20 years in prison and a $1 million fine when sentenced in July.
