Cedar Grove Man Sentenced

{Charleston, West Virginia}…Kanawha County Circuit Judge Charles King has sentenced 31 year old Josh Beard of Cedar Grove to 20 years in prison after he pleaded guilty to first degree armed robbery. Beard admitted to robbing Bobby and Barbara Hodge at gunpoint in their home in Shrewsbury in April. Beard demanded money and drugs from the couple but fled the scene after one of the victims started fighting back.
