West Virginia}…In December 2011, 37 year old Travis Scott Burdette of Salt
Rock, who was a LPN at Cabell Huntington Hospital, was arrested and charged
with two counts of sexual assault. According to the criminal complaint, Burdette
had sex with an elderly patient twice without her consent. Tuesday, Burdette
was sentenced to 1 to 5 years on each count, to be served consecutively, after pleading
