Trial Delayed For South Hills Man

{Charleston, West Virginia}…Thirty year old Estill Forrest Jones III of Hampton Road in South Hills was in court Wednesday on a probation violation, but Kanawha Circuit Judge Tod Kaufman granted a motion from Jones' lawyer, Tim Carrico, to postpone his case until January 25th. Jones was on probation after pleading guilty to 39 counts involving stealing $9,000 from his elderly neighbor on her credit card when he allegedly ran over his wife with a pickup truck on November 17th. Carrico says Jones needs treatment for bipolar disorder and addiction issues. Police say Sarah Rubincan, 30, was taken to a local hospital for treatment of a broken back, broken pelvis and a broken leg after clinging to his truck in an attempt to continue an angry discussion when Jones took off, and she was run over by the truck's back wheels.
