St. Albans Man Charged With Burglary

• {St. Albans, West Virginia}...Jesse Rufty, 30, of St. Albans, was arrested Thursday and charged with daytime burglary, first-degree robbery and kidnapping in connection to an incident that took place in Poca on February 16th. Rufty is accused of breaking in to the home of Sherman Berlinggame, was at home recovering from hernia surgery.
