The City of Williamson will now be accepting applications for Fire Chief

       The Williamson City Mayor, Steven Knopp, announced that the city of Williamson will receive applications for the position of Chief of the Williamson Fire Department.

        The application period will run from December 15^th through the close of business on December 31^st.

        Following the close of the application period, the Williamson City Council will review the qualifications of the applicants, and may schedule interviews before making a final selection and appointment at a later time.  

          
         Each application should be addressed to the city clerk, and should include: a cover letter, resume, and relevant certificates of qualifications; three references should also be included. Applicants should be aware that pre-employment and periodic random drug-testing is a condition of employment.
