Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin recently filled a
vacancy on the state Public Service Commission–now he’ll have to do it again.
The governor’s office confirmed Friday
nine-year PSC Commissioner Jon McKinney has handed in his resignation effective
at the end of the year.
Tomblin appointed former state Senator Brooks McCabe last month
to fill another opening on the PSC.
