State Supreme Court Justice Margaret
Workman will serve as chief justice in 2015. It will be Workman’s fourth stint
in that position. Workman was chief justice in 1993, 1997 and 2011.
Justices often rotate the duties of the chief justice. Workman
takes the place of Justice Robin Davis who served this year.
