{Ranger, West Virginia}...Tuesday morning, the U.S. Marshals CUFFED Task Force arrested Bonnie Caroline Collins at her daughter’s home in Ranger, in Lincoln County. Collins was picked up on a fugitive from justice warrant out of Faulkner County, Arkansas, where she was wanted on a murder charge. Collins appeared in Lincoln County Circuit Court where she waived extradition.
