Hurricane Man Found Dead

{Hurricane, West Virginia}...The body found along the railroad tracks behind Mountaineer 4x4 on Tanner Street in Hurricane Monday afternoon has been identified as Leonard Ostrum, 50, of Hurricane. The body was sent to the state Medical Examiner's Office, where it was determined no foul play was involved.
