Man Accused Of Targeting Elderly

{Charleston, West Virginia}...Trial started Monday for Gary Wayne Mullins, a man accused of targeting and pressuring the elderly for cash, credit cards and prescription pills. Mullins was arrested on burglary charges in April 2011, but was soon charged with kidnapping and robbery, as well. George Jacobs, 84, took the stand, testifying that he was intimidated by Mullins for months to give him thousands of dollars. Jacobs said, last January, he was trying to get some groceries in Kanawha City, but instead wound up with Mullins in his car. Mullins' attorney says Jacobs willingly gave him the money.
