{Williamson, West Virginia}...Crystal Seigler-Clark was in Mingo County Circuit Court in Williamson Monday morning where Judge Michael Thornsbury sentenced her to a maximum 40 years in prison for the May 2011 murder of her husband, David Matthew Clark. Seigler-Clark pleaded guilty last month to shooting her husband inside their home in Varney. The shooting death resulted in a manhunt after she took the couple's 13 month old daughter, Chloe Clark. Seigler-Clark was arrested a few days later in Tennessee, where she turned herself in to federal marshals.
