Mobile Meth Lab Busted

{Quincy, West Virginia}...Troopers arrested Melody Legg after they say she was operating a mobile meth lab in the parking lot at Quincy Mall in Kanawha County. Police were responding to a shoplifting call. When they questioned Legg about the alleged incident, they saw and smelled a backpack in the bed of her truck. When they asked her if there was a meth lab in the backpack, she said yes. Legg is charged with attempting to operate a meth lab and obtaining psuedoephederine with intent to make meth.
