Teen To Be Tried As Adult

• {Charleston, West Virginia}...James Daughtery was arraigned Monday for the February 2010 double murders of Bruce Dulling and Carrie Pontier in Kanawha City. Daughtery's trial is set for March 26th. Police say Daughtery was 16 when he shot Pontier and Dueling as he sat in the back seat of Dueling's car along Chesterfield Avenue, but he'll be tried as an adult. He remains jailed without bond.
