Man Accused Of Beating Girlfriend

{Charleston, West Virginia}...Joseph Jamaar Tyree, 30, of Charleston, is scheduled to go on trial in May after pleading not guilty to charges of malicious wounding, domestic battery and unlawful restraint. In October, his girlfriend Christina Bragg told police she was beaten and prevented from leaving his residence after the two argued. Bragg was treated at a local hospital for a facial fracture and a broken rib. Kanawha Circuit Court Judge Jennifer Bailey has ordered Tyree to have no contact with his alleged victim.
