Deputies Seize Six Pounds Marijuana

• {Cross Lanes, West Virginia}...Stephen Fleshman, 33, of Charleston, was arrested and charged with possession with the intent to distribute after Kanawha County Sheriff's Deputies seized approximately six pounds of marijuana, with a street value of more than $27,000, from his vehicle during a traffic stop along Dewitt Road in the Cross Lanes area Tuesday. If convicted, Fleshman faces up to 15 years in prison and a $25,000 fine. He's scheduled for a preliminary hearing on March 16th.
