Huntington LPN Sues Mountain State University

{Winfield, West Virginia}...Amy C. Pack, a Huntington licensed practical nurse, has sued Mountain State University, claiming the school didn't tell her that a national accreditation body had placed the nursing program on warning in 2008 and denied continuing the accreditation in 2010. Pack, who took classes at the program's Teays Valley location, claims she wasn't informed about a pending investigation by the West Virginia Board of Examiners for Registered and Professional Nurses. The board revoked the nursing program's accreditation in February.
