Young Boy Struck By Car Dies

{Charleston, West Virginia}...Eleven year old Jahlil Clements died Sunday afternoon after being struck by a car along I-77 in Charleston Saturday night. Police say Ethan Samuel Chic-Colbert was beating Jahlil's mom inside their car, and, when they managed to pull off to the side of the road, Ethan took her out of the car and started to drag her. Jahlil got out of the car and tried to flag down someone to help, but he was struck by a driver who apparently did not see him. Jahlil was rushed to the hospital with serious head injuries. Police say Ethan ran and then turned himself in to police a few hours later. Ethan is charged with four counts of child neglect creating risk of bodily injury or death.
