Man Sentenced To Home Confinement

{Charleston, West Virginia}...Kanawha County Judge Duke Bloom sentenced James Miller to two to ten years home confinement Friday morning after he pleaded guilty to felony DUI causing death. Police say, in February 2011, Miller was driving his car with three other passengers when he crashed in Big Chimney, killing 23 year old Brandon Bradshaw. Bradshaw's mother urged the judge not to send Miller to prison, saying all the families involved have suffered enough from the tragedy. Miller is also required to go to day report and do community service every Saturday.
