Putnam County Man Faces Federal Drug and Gun Charges

CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- A federal grand jury has indicted a Putnam County man on oxycodone and heroin distribution charges, and being a felon in possession of a firearm.

According to a nine-count indictment, Terry Lee Hagan, 49, of Culloden allegedly conspired with known individuals to distribute oxycodone from January 2012 until August 2012.

The indictment also alleges that Kent distributed heroin on Aug. 6, 2012 and on Feb. 5, 2013.

The gun charge is the result of five felony convictions out of Ohio.

If convicted, he faces up to 20 years in prison and a $1 million fine.
