A man was arrested and charged with exposing himself to a child.
Michael Matthew Meadows, 34, of Elk River Road
According to the criminal complaint, a young girl says Meadows exposed himself and showed her pornographic images on his phone.
Detectives seized cell phones and computers with adult pornography on them from Meadows’ house through a search warrant.
Troopers say Meadows admitted to urinating outside of his house while children were present.
He is now in the South Central Regional Jail
