Huntington Man Found In Ohio River

{Scioto, Ohio} Investigators say the body found along the shore of the Ohio River near the Scioto-Adams County line on Monday is that of 25 year old Jason Clagg of Huntington. Clagg was last seen about 1:00 A.M. on November 18, 2011, near Proctorville when the Ohio Highway Patrol stopped a car for a traffic violation, and the passenger in car, now identified as Clagg, jumped out and took off running, eventually jumping into the river. A trooper jumped into the river in an attempt to rescue Clagg, but was unsuccessful due to the swift current.
