Huntington Man Sentenced

{Huntington, West Virginia}...Thirty-six year old Jason K. Conway of Huntington was sentenced Tuesday to five years in federal prison after pleading guilty in July to carrying a firearm during and in relation to a drug trafficking crime. Conway admitted that, on February 9, 2012, he directed a confidential informant working with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives to come to his home to complete an illegal drug transaction in which he sold the informant seven grams of marijuana. Conway admitted that, during the transaction, he displayed a .22 caliber firearm on his waistband, and he also admitted that he slept with the firearm and used it to protect his money.
