{Charleston, West Virginia}...Thursday, Kanawha Circuit Judge Duke Bloom sentenced 35 year old William Daniel Boggess of Cross Lanes to a 10 to 20 year sentence and a five to 15 year sentence to be served consecutively. Boggess was convicted of having oral sex with an underage girl and taking pornographic pictures of her. The girl’s mother called police when she discovered nude photographs of her daughter on a camera memory stick.
