{Hazelton, West Virginia}...Patrick Andrews and Kevin Bellinger, two inmates serving life sentences at the U.S. Penitentiary at Hazelton, have been indicted for killing inmate Jesse Harris on October 7, 2007. Andrews and Bellinger are charged with second-degree murder and murder by a federal prisoner serving a life sentence. If convicted, Andrews could face the federal death penalty while Bellinger could face life in prison.
