Child Care Worker Suspended Without Pay

{Charleston, West Virginia}...The state Board of Education has suspended 39 year old Roger L. Sipple of Romney, a child care worker at the West Virginia School for the Blind, without pay. Hampshire County authorities arrested Sipple September 12th and charged him with eight counts of sexual abuse by a guardian. Police say Sipple bought alcohol and cigarettes for a 16 year old girl and another juvenile in exchange for them exposing and touching themselves at his home. Sipple has worked at the School for the Blind since at least 2008. The complaint states the events took place between November 2011 and June 2012, but Hampshire County Sheriff Nathan Sions states it happened between October 2010 and June 2012.
