{Bluefield, West Virginia}...State Police say a preliminary investigation indicates that 54 year old Donald Ray Adams of Bluefield, who was found dead in his jail cell at the Bluefield City Jail Wednesday afternoon, committed suicide by hanging himself. Adams was charged with murder and malicious wounding in the shooting death of John Watkins and the wounding of his wife, Monica Watkins. The couple was shot in their Bluefield home Monday.
