{Pinch, West Virginia}...Kanawha County Sheriff's Deputies are investigating after 19 year old Joseph Huffman of Pinch was found dead under a guardrail on New Hope Road, just before the intersection of North Pinch Road, about 6:15 A.M. Friday morning. Huffman's body was sent to the State Medical Examiner's Office for an autopsy.
