{Huntington, West Virginia}...Thirty-five year old Ibrahim "Abe" Osman Owayda, the former manager of Huntington Mart, has been sentenced to one year in prison and ordered to pay $297,000 in restitution. Owayda pleaded guilty in July to defrauding the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program. He admitted giving 50 to 65 cents on the dollar to holders of benefit debit cards.
