{Elkview, West Virginia}...Kanawha County Sheriff's Deputies believe 45 year old Lisa Carol Walker of Blue Creek Road in Elkview is the person who hit an ambulance in the parking lot of the Big Chimney Hardee's about 8:30 P.M. on October 2nd, resulting in paramedic 26 year old Thomas Robinson of Cross Lanes and passenger 34 year old Karrie Cunningham being taken to Charleston Area Medical Center General Hospital. Deputies say Walker told them she fled the scene because she was intoxicated at the time and her car was not legal. Walker is facing charges of hit and run, driving on a suspended license and no insurance.
