{Hilltop, West Virginia}...A two-car accident on U.S. 19 in Fayette County Friday resulted in the death of 52 year old Francis Catherine Fish of Lookout. Police say Fish was attempting to cross the southbound lanes near the intersection of W.Va. 612 near Hilltop when she pulled into the path of a vehicle driven by 39 year old Michael E. Lilly of Princewick. Fish was trapped in the vehicle for about 20 minutes before emergency crews could free her. Fish was pronounced dead shortly after she arrived at Plateau Medical Center in Oak Hill. Lilly was treated at the hospital for minor injuries.
