Woman Charged In Pawn Scam

{Charleston, West Virginia}...Kanwaha County Sheriff's Deputies have arrested Jessica Burgess who was wanted for transferring and receiving stolen property. Police say she is involved in a massive pawn shop theft ring at Keller's Pawn Shop in Charleston. Police say she stole items from stores at Southridge Centre and pawned them at Keller's. Burgess faces felony charges of receiving or transferring stolen goods and fraudulent schemes.
