{Point Pleasant, West Virginia}...Matthew Woods pleaded guilty Monday in Mason County Circuit Court to second-degree murder. Woods, Chad McCallister and Steven Adkins are accused in the July 2011 murder of Rene Gonzalez. Police say Woods and McCallister were with Adkins when he allegedly shot Gonzalez in the head in his mobile home in Gallipolis Ferry. Since Woods pleaded guilty, a conspiracy charge will be dropped.
