{Charleston, West Virginia}...Kanawha County Circuit Judge Charles King sentenced Desean Saunders to 25 years in prison Monday. Saunders was indicted in July for first-degree robbery after allegedly trying to rob a pizza delivery driver at the Sable Point Apartment Complex in Teays Valley. Detectives say Saunders approached the driver, reached in his pocket as if he had a gun and tried to rob him, but the driver shot Saunders.
