{Charleston, West Virginia}...The trial for 31 year old Travis Eugene Lattea of Scott Depot has been delayed until March 4th. Lattea is charged with first-degree robbery after he allegedly attacked off-duty South Charleston Police Officer Matt Holly while he was eating at Quaker Steak & Lube restaurant at Southridge Centre on March 23, 2010. Police say Lattea came up behind Holly just before midnight and hit him on the back of the head, knocking him unconscious, and fled with his personal gun, badge and wallet.Monday, October 22, 2012
