{Huntington, West Virginia}...Deborah Chapman of Huntington, a family consumer sciences teacher at Huntington High School, has been chosen as the Region I winner of the Association of Career and Technical Education’s Outstanding Teacher in Community Service award, making her one of five finalists vying for the national title. The award recognizes teachers with significant accomplishments and outstanding leadership in programs and activities that promote community involvement. The winner will be announced November 28th at a dinner in Atlanta.
