{Charleston, West Virginia}...Thirty-nine year old Karen Hodges of St. Albans and 42 year old Mark Ingram of Nitro have each been sentenced to one year and one day in prison, while Ingram's wife, 32 year old Crystal Ingram, will spend eight months on home confinement and five years on probation. Federal prosecutors say American Electric Power paid nearly $600,000 for 57 fraudulent claims filed by the defendants related to power-surge damage to their homes.
