Tomblin Orders Flags At Half-Staff

• {Charleston, West Virginia}...Governor Earl Ray Tomblin has ordered all state and U.S. flags to fly Sunday at half-staff in honor of the National Fallen Firefighters Memorial Service. The National Fallen Firefighters Memorial Service is held each year during Fire Prevention Week, which is October 7th through October 13th.
