Lavigne, the man who spent 15 years behind bars after being convicted of raping
his then-5 year old daughter, Katie Haught, learned he would remain in prison.
In May 2011, his 1996 conviction was overturned and he was set free, but, in
November 2012, the West Virginia Supreme Court reversed that Circuit Court
ruling and sent Lavigne back to prison.
