Lincoln County Woman Sentenced
{Charleston,
West Virginia}…Twenty-six year old Morgan Marie Mullins of West Hamlin was
sentenced in Charleston Thursday to ten years in prison after pleading guilty in
August to stealing controlled substances, including prescription painkillers, from
the Teays Valley Center Nursing Home in Hurricane, where she worked, on May 2nd
and more than $3,000 from the City National Bank in West Hamlin on May 22nd. She
used a 9-millimeter pistol during both of the crimes. Mullins claimed
she was addicted to Oxycodone and had been an addict for more than three
years.
