Former Mayor To Appear In Court

{Charleston, West Virginia}…Former Dunbar Mayor Roger Wolfe is expected to appear in Kanawha Magistrate Court Friday to answer to an assault charge involving his former stepson, Shane Haynes of Nitro. On October 14th, police were called to a tobacco store and gas station on Fairlawn Avenue in Dunbar after they were told one of the men had threatened to use a gun. Police say, when officers arrived, Wolfe was outside the store screaming and yelling. In Wolfe’s front pants pocket, police found a loaded Titan .25 caliber semi automatic pistol. The gun was loaded with a bullet in the chamber and several in the clip.
